OUR POLICIES
HOURS:
Monday through Friday, excluding holidays,
9:00am - 5:00pm CST. Closed Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
SAMPLES:
We do not offer free samples, although we often include a "surprise" in orders.
Offering "free" samples (and shipping for those samples) merely means that the cost
will be absorbed into our product line, raising the prices. We have smaller sizes available
for purchase so that you may try a product before buying a larger size.
CATALOG:
We do not have a print catalog, and all of our currently available products are viewable
on the website. Not having a print catalog helps us keep our costs down, and prices lower.
PLACING ORDERS:
Please use our Shopping Cart to place orders.

PAYMENT METHODS:
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- PayPal - Cash Only (Direct transfer from Paypal or Bank account)
- Credit Cards via PayPal only
- Money Orders
- Cashier's Checks
- Company Checks
- Personal Checks
We do not accept cash through mail for payment of orders, for both your protection and ours.
We do not accept COD orders.
Orders paid by check or money order will not ship until the check/money order clears, usually 7 to 10 days.
BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS! If you give us the wrong address by mistake, it is your responsibility to make sure we have corrected it in our computer. Please email us the correct address. If the package is sent out with the uncorrected address, and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs.
Note: If payment is not received within 7 days of order placement, your order will be cancelled.
CREDIT CARDS:
We accept credit cards through Paypal only at this time. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with a credit card.
TURNAROUND:
Our products are handmade and we do not warehouse them. We work diligently to get our products to you as fresh as possible.
We create our other bath & body care products on a "made-to-order" basis
. . . meaning we make them when they are ordered. This insures our
customers are receiving the absolute freshest product with the longest possible shelf
life. Unfortunately, good things cannot always be created overnight!
If we have the soap you want in stock, and you are ordering only soap and/or other
in-stock items, we strive to ship it out within 2 to 3 business days of receiving
payment and/or clearance of checks.
Please note that some products may be heat sensitive. If this is the case, we may delay shipping so that they arrive to you without having to
sit in a non-climate controlled facility over weekends and/or holidays during warm weather months.
Shipping times may vary according to the number of orders we are currently filling. We
strive for the shortest turnaround time upon receipt of payment, but during busy times, it may be longer.
Items may be out-of-stock and/or discontinued without notice. We will notify you if you place an order for a product that is out-of-stock for whatever reason.
SHIPPING:
We ship via United States Postal Service or UPS to United States and Canada addresses.
Priority Mail normally takes 2 to 3 days, but may take up to one full week (or longer for Canada) to reach
you. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
About Insurance - Insurance is automatically included in UPS shipping, but must be purchased separately for United States Postal Service.
We recommend purchase of insurance when shipping by USPS. We will not be responsible for uninsured packages.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPPING:
We accept orders from and ship to Canada only. Customers are responsible for payment of any custom fees.
HANDLING FEES:
We do not charge a handling fee. The shipping charges shown at checkout are as accurate
as we can make them. Shipping weights include the box and other packaging materials used to protect your order.
RETURNS:
Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced with identical items. Contact us for a
return authorization number. We will not be responsible for items returned without authorization.
Items returned without an authorization number will be refused.
DAMAGE CLAIMS:
Inspect all packages at time of acceptance. All damaged or missing item claims must be
reported within 3 days of acceptance of package.
